Elle est enregistr\u00e9e au minist\u00e8re provincial du Plan et Budget, au Sud-Kivu, selon le Certificat d\u2019enregistrement N\u00b0<strong>198\/012\/GP\/SK\/CAB\/MINPLAN &amp; BUDGET\/2012<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ACTION D\u2019ESPOIR <\/strong>a comme vocation de <em>contribuer \u00e0 la restauration des forces sociocommunautaires et \u00e9conomiques des personnes survivantes des crises diverses y compris les violences sexuelles bas\u00e9es sur le genre, partout o\u00f9 elle conduit ses activit\u00e9s<\/em>.
